Since 1997, Robert A. Reynolds CPA has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses in the Lake Oconee area including Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison, Georgia. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.
The sole purpose of Robert A. Reynolds CPA is to make accounting and tax easier for business owners and individuals. Our Team
Bobby Reynolds
Robert "Bobby" Reynolds, Owner, founded the firm in 1997 after beginning his career working for Bricker and Rooks, CPA's in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in financial institution auditing and consulting. After serving abroad in the US Army, he attended University of Georgia where he graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. His expertise has been in areas of financial consulting, auditing, individual tax, tax planning and manufacturing. He specialized in internal bank audits. Bobby has significant experience in representing clients under examination by Internal Revenue Service. Bobby and his wife, Margo, who also works for the firm, have three adult children, Kiley, Dylan and MacKenzie. Kiley is married to our favorite daughter-in-law, Amy. Kiley and Amy blessed us with a Granddaughter, Blakely, August 31, 2012, and Grandson, Grayson, January 3, 2017. Bobby is an avid supporter of the UGA DAWGS and loves to play golf and tennis. Bobby is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.
Margo Reynolds
Margo Reynolds has worked side by side with her husband, Bobby Reynolds, since the firm's inception. She began her working career as a bookkeeper and eventual CFO/Owner of a real estate development firm in Atlanta, Georgia, that developed several subdivisions in the Lake Oconee area including golf resort communities at Lake Oconee and in Athens, Georgia. She has extensive experience in the areas of real estate development, rental activities and construction. Margo and Bobby have three children, a daughter-in-law and two beautiful Grandchildren. Besides spending time with her Grandchildren, she LOVES tennis and plays as much as possible. Margo attended Georgia College and State University. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Marianne Clack
Marianne joined the team at Robert A. Reynolds, CPA in 2010 after working with Pamela Key Lancaster, CPA in Eatonton, Georgia for 13 years. Marianne heads up our payroll department and is responsible for payroll, including all the reporting, for approximately 65 clients. She also prepares monthly financial statements, sales tax reports and individual tax returns. Marianne attended the University of Georgia and the University of West Florida. She is married and has two grown children. Marianne enjoys reading, home projects and traveling to see her children.
Calleigh Johnson
Calleigh joined the team at Robert A. Reynolds, CPA in January 2019. Before coming to Robert A. Reynolds, CPA, she worked as a tax accountant intern at Porter Keadle Moore in Atlanta, GA and a staff accountant at Sprayberry & Company in Eatonton, GA. She assisted in book keeping services, financial statement preparation, tax planning, and tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
Calleigh earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting at Georgia Southern University and her Master of Accountancy at Georgia College & State University. Calleigh is a lifelong resident of Greene county where she and her husband, Mason Johnson, currently reside with their puppy, Willa. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
